DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard Delivery to the UK mainland (excluding Highlands) is handled with DX Delivery Service and will take between 3-5 working days from when the order is placed. Standard Delivery to Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands will take 5-7 working days.

Orders between 0kg-50kg are £29.00. Orders above 50kg are £50.

Any orders with a value of £1,000 or more qualify for FREE DELIVERY.

We also offer Next Working Day delivery (excluding stair runners) if the order is made before 12pm for £79 through DX Delivery Service.

Please be aware during the SALE period, standard delivery may be 5-7 working days from when your order is placed.

DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm. The products will not be delivered unless they are signed for by you or someone you nominate to accept delivery for you. Someone over the age of 18 must sign for the delivery.

ACCESSIBILITY

Deliveries can be made to you in a van, rigid lorry or articulated lorry. For this reason, it is important to let us know if your property is difficult to access (e.g. if you live in a narrow road or a gated community), so that we can make appropriate arrangements. We appreciate any details you can provide us with, in order to ensure the delivery process runs smoothly. You can do this either by calling us, emailing us or writing a note at the checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently deliver to the USA.

Orders to the USA – The delivery charge is £150 (regardless of weight) and will be delivered duty unpaid, but for the USA please note duty is only payable on imports over $700.

Orders with a value of £1,500 or more qualify for FREE DELIVERY.

Please note, any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable directly by the customer.

A standard delivery service is available via DX Delivery Service and we aim to deliver your order within 7-10 working days. However, if for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 15 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact our Customer Service Dept.

All purchases will be made in pounds Sterling (£) and International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate as required.

International customers will need to pay to return their goods if they want a refund. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges on international deliveries at this time.

STORE COLLECITON

You can collect your flooring or accessories directly from our store. Our store is open Monday-Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm (excluding holidays). Please allow 3 working days (72 hours) for us to prepare your order before attempting store collection.

WORKING DAYS

A working day is referred as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days accordingly.
